Our Design Build Process
When you are looking to complete a home improvement project there can be a lot of questions about what to do first and how to find the right home improvement contractor for your needs.
That’s where Total Quality Construction can come in. We are here to be your sounding board to help your vision become a reality. From kitchens and bathrooms to basement finishing and additions, we can handle any remodeling project.
First Meeting
First, you’ll meet with one of our experienced designers. You’ll go over your list of wants and needs and begin to get a clear picture of what you’d like, and the services we offer.
Design Agreement
You’ll be able to look over some designs and have a better idea on the budget. We’ll have you sign a design agreement to move forward with your design of your new space. Rest assured, we can still continue to swap out materials and finishes so you can properly align your vision with your budget.
Once we finalize the drawings, we’ll send out your plans to our approved list of sub-contractors. Once we receive the bids back we are able to give you a better budget range.
Construction Agreement
After giving the green light, we can sign our construction agreement to secure your spot on our construction schedule. Your construction start date will be determined, and we’ll send you a link to our online construction management program.
This program will give you the ability to connect directly with your remodeling team. You can send messages, monitor the schedule, and make or decline selections.
Construction Phase
Leave the I’s and T’s to us. We’ll make sure that the proper permits are pulled and that your materials, like cabinets and appliances, are ready and on hand.
We’ll schedule one last walkthrough, this time with your remodel team so everyone knows exactly what is being done and is on the same page before construction.
During construction, you can utilize the construction management software to message directly with us or with your remodel team about anything that might come up during construction.
After we’re finished, we’ll make sure you can relax and enjoy your new space. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we want to make sure you love your new space.
