Total Quality Construction opened its doors over 20 years ago with a mission to improve professionalism in the local residential construction market. I often hear from the public about their bad experiences with a previous contractor. Problems like contractors not returning phone calls, not showing up to prescheduled meetings, poor communication, unclear expectations, arrogance, disrespect of a customer’s and neighbor’s property, price gauging, etc. We hear you! We want our customers to know that we listen to you and change your view of contractors by giving you a high-quality product and an elevated experience from the beginning to a never-ending, continuous working relationship.
This is done through highly trained and educated staff and trade partners who work together to improve continuously. We hire the best and respect and nurture these professionals so that we can share this experience with as many people as possible for years and years. You will get individual but collaborative estimating, project coordination, design services, project management, accounting, and carpentry, all under our roof.
