Located in Holland, Ohio, this bold kitchen remodel was completed between December 2024 and March 2025 after the homeowner connected with Total Quality Construction through the “Ask the Contractor” seminar. The client wanted a true “wow” kitchen that felt dramatic, stylish, and completely personal to their taste.

Inspired by the glamour and personality of RuPaul’s design style, the homeowner envisioned a space that blended bold black and white design choices with the home’s existing gold accents. Our team worked closely with the client to create a kitchen that felt both high impact and cohesive with the rest of the house.

One of the standout features of this remodel is the striking black and white ceiling design, which immediately draws attention and gives the kitchen a one-of-a-kind character. To support the clean and polished look, custom carpentry played a major role throughout the project.

A notable challenge involved incorporating the homeowner’s stackable washer and dryer into the kitchen layout without disrupting the overall design. Our team created custom built doors that concealed the appliances while still allowing easy access and functionality. The custom carpentry work helped maximize the available space while maintaining the upscale look the homeowner wanted.

The finished kitchen successfully balances bold style with practical design. Gold accents were thoughtfully integrated throughout the space to tie into the home’s existing aesthetic and create a cohesive final result.

By the end of the remodel, the homeowner was extremely happy with the transformation and excited to finally have the dream kitchen they had envisioned.
