Mother’s Day Brunch Board & Mimosa Bar Class

FreeOn May 9th, from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm, Total Quality Construction (TQC) hosted a delightful Mother’s Day Brunch Board & Mimosa Bar Class. This event was part of TQC’s initiative to offer quarterly events, including customer appreciation, vendor appreciation, and public events to welcome others into our gallery space.
A Fun and Creative Evening
Total Quality Construction hosted a free event at their gallery space to welcome the community and show appreciation for their customers. The event offered a chance to learn a new skill, enjoy delicious treats, and win exciting prizes.
Creating Beautiful Brunch Boards
The highlight of the evening was a make-and-take class led by Patty Slupecki, TQC’s Director of First Impressions and Marketing. Attendees learned the art of creating stunning brunch boards, including techniques for crafting salami roses and charcuterie chains and arranging other food items in an eye-catching way. A completed board served as inspiration, and participants were encouraged to unleash their creativity.
Handmade Charcuterie Boards and Delicious Mimosas
The charcuterie boards used in the class were handcrafted from solid mahogany by Scott Hinz, TQC’s owner and estimator, and the TQC carpenters. Scott also expressed his gratitude to the attendees for their trust and business. A mimosa bar was set up, adding to the enjoyment of the evening.
Goodie Bags, Prizes, and Fun
Everyone went home with their handcrafted brunch board for two, perfect for celebrating Mother’s Day weekend. Attendees also received goodie bags filled with treats from TQC’s professional partners. The lucky door prize winner received an amazing gift: four hours of carpentry service from Brian Haupt, a TQC carpenter! The evening was filled with laughter, new friendships, and an excellent time for all.
